Seafood in a bag? Yes! Assorted seafood like crabs, mussels, South
Pacific clams, fresh water prawns, shrimps, Manila clams, plus Andouille
sausage, potatoes and corn, sealed in a food-grade plastic bag with
added lemon, herbs & spices cooked in boiling water. It made
sense! The flavors were locked and sealed in the bag, which made the
meal more delectable.
